ARE DRONES REALLY NECESSARY FOR REAL ESTATE?

BUT CAN'T I JUST GET MY OWN DRONE AND DO IT MYSELF?
Sure, but you will need to be licensed with the FAA to do so. Using an unlicensed drone pilot carries a fine of $11,000 as well as a $1,100 fine to the pilot. Both fines are applied if you are both the Realtor and the unlicensed pilot. We are not only FAA-licensed, but have creative experience in getting the absolute best shots!
DO YOU OFFER JUST CLIPS OR A COMPLETE EDITED SOLUTION?
Yes and yes! We specialize not only in capturing great shots, but also in editing them into a complete video production, if that's what you need. Typically, we are asked to create a complete video product for our clients. However, we do also offer clips to clients who need stock footage for editing into their own projects. Such clips are licensed to our clients in perpetuity. In other words, each clip you purchase is yours to use in all of your projects. Our competition offers one-time licenses for each project you wish to use their clips in, but DoJo Imaging simplifies this process and allows you unlimited use.
WHAT IF I NEED TRADITIONAL GROUND FOOTAGE? YOU ONLY USE DRONES?
Nope! Our professional photographers are ready to take amazing shots with traditional cameras as well! We love taking on projects that utilize all of our gear and we are able to combine traditional video techniques with our drone footage to create modern promotional-style videos that will give the professional look of a much higher budget production.
SOUNDS GOOD, BUT WHY DOJO IMAGING?
Great question. Look, overdone and unnecessary production companies are insanely expensive. That said, cousin Bobby and his makeshift camera equipment is not going to accomplish the professional look you need for your project.
